Blocks, plates, sheets, strips, rods, pipes included in Class 19, and sections, all for use in building and civil engineering construction; panels for use in building; roofing, doors, windows, window frames and door frames; all made principally of non-metallic materials or of non-metallic materials in equal proportion with metallic materials, all containing a proportion of aluminium or alloys thereof, and all having cores of aluminium or alloys thereof; but not including damp-courses or any goods of the same description as damp-courses.
