Heating installations, heating apparatus included in Class 11, hair-drying apparatus (not being machines), toasting appliances, and air-conditioning appliances, all being electrical goods. ++Pursuant to a descision made on the 3rd March, 1978, by the assistant registrar acting for the registrar, and in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Electrolux Limited, the register was, on the 20th April 1978, rectified by the cancellation of hair drying apparatus (not being machines), toasting appliances, and heating apparatus in Class 11 other than infra red lamps from the specification of goods at present entered on the register in respect of Trade Mark No: 690428.
