The "Bank your" suite of names is a database designed as a high street bank environment, which captures the following four key areas of individual or teams in an organisation: skills, ideas, contacts and best practise, these will be captured in separate accounts. It will work on the same principal as an online bank, and will include statements, debits and credits, overdrafts, loans etc. Individuals and managers will have pin numbers to access their own accounts through a virtual ATM. There will be different levels of access, depending on the seniority of the employee.
