The tool tracks a generic 6-step customer journey from searching for a service or product, through to deciding to buy, return to buy more and then refer to others. Each step is then compared with the corresponding brand plan to check for the appropriate elements that create a trusted brand. This tool works across all channels including in-store, online, word of mouth, tablet computer or smart phone.
