Paper and cards, all included in Class 16; and pasteboards (not being pasteboards for use in building), photograph albums, writing pads, books (not being publications), scribbling pads, envelopes, bags (stationery), and articles of stationery made wholly or principally of plastics and included in Class 16, but not including paper binders, letter clips, brushes, pencils, pens or penholders, or any goods of the same description as any of these excluded goods.++In pursuance of an application received on the 20th November, 1951, entry cancelled under Section 34 ()1) (d) of the Trade Marks Act, 1938 in respect of,"pencil protectors, clips for fountain pens and for pencils, letter openers and drawing instruments and goods of the same description.
