Machines and implements included in Class 7, all for use in civil engineering construction; machines for mining, boring, tunnelling, quarrying, snow ploughing, snow clearance, and for grading; cranes and bulldozers; pile drivers (rams), compressors, excavators and hoists (all being machines); transmission gears and clutches, (none for land vehicles); and parts and fittings included in Class 7 for all the aforesaid goods; but not including spark plugs or fuel ignition apparatus or goods of the same description as spark plugs or fuel ignition apparatus.
