Cider. The applicants agree that it is a condition of registration that the mark shall be used only in respect of goods made in Somerset. In pursuance of an application received on the 25th February 1960 this Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Marks Act 1938, representatious of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 5TH February, 1960. pursuant to a decision made on the 18th July 1960, by a hearing officer acting for the Registrar, the register is rectified by the alteration of the disclaimer so as to read registration of this Trade Mark010 shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word somerset
