Information, support and advisory services, providing by means of a call centre and help line, a fault diagnosis and advice service in relation to telecommunications apparatus offered exclusively to members who pay an annual subscription fee, Comms Care is a fault response and management service for all telecommunications equipment. The first level of membership gives the member company unlimited access to the help desk and call centre from where the fault will be diagnosed and the appropriate response to that fault will be recommended. The second level of membership, Comms Care Plus, offers members all of the advantages of Comms Care and in addition Total Fault Management, which involves the Comms Care team of Specialists co-ordinating all parties involved with the fault until resolution. Additional benefits for members include preferential rates for all additional services carried out including planning, installation and the purchase of leading telecommunications equipment.
