Candles, common soap, detergents, matches, and starch, blue and other preparations for laundry purposes.++In pursuance of an application received on the 21st May, 1942, the specification was converted under rule 6 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, to Class 3 (schedule IV), in respect of substances for laundry use, detergents (not being polishing or abrading preparations), common soap, perfumed soap, perfumes, toilet preparations (not medicated), cosmetics, preparations for the hair and dentifrices. This Registration is amalgamated upon conversion (and striking out of goods) with Registration No 56438, which ceases to have effect as a separate registration.
