Entertainment services and activities, namely, production of sound and music video recordings featuring live visual and audio performances by actors, models, musical bands and dancers; providing a web site featuring all of the aforesaid services; but none of the aforesaid services shall include fundraising or any other activities in direct relation to the development of housing building or construction projects, including but not limited to community based house building projects or the development of housing for lower income families.
