Sealants, sheets, sleevings, wrappings and articles, all lined or coated with or containing sealant or adhesive substances; articles made wholly or principally of rubber, synthetic rubber, gel or plastics materials for insulation, protection, jointing, sealing or for splicing purposes, all for use with electrical, telegraphic or telecommunications apparatus or instruments, or for use in the assembly of wire or of cable or of optical fibres; parts and fittings for all the aforesaid goods; all included in Class 17.
