Community care services, including; services to people with learning difficulties; services to people with mental health problems; advocacy services for the above two groups; services to older people, specifically to African-Caribbean elders; mental health services specific to the Asian community; respite care to give carers a rest period; day activities for people with learning difficulties and/or mental health problems; provision of home support to people in the above categories; provision of women's services, including young single women, a mother and baby unit and a women's refuge for Asian women; young persons service to vulnerable young people aged 16 and over, who are homeless and have been involved in children's services or care.
