Pursuant to a decision made on the 14th November; 1968, by a hearing officer acting for the registrar, and in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Gestetner Limited, the Register was, on the 28th January, 1969, rectified by the removal therefrom, in respect of trade mark no. 700242, of the entry relating to the change of name of proprietors to Gestetner Holdings Limited
