In the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act 1938, by Heatherley Fine China Limited, the Register was on the 21st March 1968, rectified by the substitution of the Word England for the word Worcester in the disclaimer and the removal of the word Worcester from the condition of registration at present entered in the register in respect of this Mark.++ This Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Mark Act 1938.
