"Dump trucks, freight carrying motor land vehicles and parts and fittings included in Class 12 for all the aforesaid goods; railway vehicles, wine waggons (vehicles), motor cars for fire brigades; erection cars and tank cars, all being vehicles; water carts, tramcars, motor omnibuses, motor trucks, coal trucks, tank trucks, ore ships; but not including dump trucks or freight carrying motor land vehicles of a gross weight of less than six tonnes"
