Pursuant to a Decision made on 6th September 1973, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registar, in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act 1938 by Keen Cost Centres Limited the register was on 24th September 1973 rectified by the removal of the variation clause at present entered in respect of Trade Mark No 727607, namely in use in relation to goods covered by the specification other than Butter the Mark will be varied by the substitution of the name of such goods for the word "Butter". This Trade Mark is hereby altered under section 35 of the Trade Mark act 1938.
