Movement and dance based classes for those with neurological or palliative conditions such as (and not limited to) Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and living with a Cancer diagnosis; seated to standing dance based exercise classes open to all; including the aforesaid services being specialist practitioner led with specific qualifications and background in movement education and expertise relating to dance, health and well-being; Movement and dance based classes for the public and as regular or one-off workshops for charities, organisations, groups in community based settings (such as homes and hospices) and those working with people who have neurological and palliative conditions, those who are post-operation or those who just want to get moving at a more gentle and adaptable pace.
