Deodorants for personal use. Pursuant to a decision made to the 17th May, 1972, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar, and in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Bristol - Myers Company, the register was, on the 12th June 1972, rectified by the amendment of the disclaimer entered in respect of Trade Mark No. 954068 so as to read:"Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numeral 21".++This Trade Mark is herby altered under section 35 of the Trade Mark Act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 20th December, 1971.
