Tobacco, whether manufactured or unmanufactured; substances for smoking sold separately or blended with tobacco none being for medicinal or curative purposes and matches. ++In pursuance of an application received on the 3rd August 1978 entry cancelled under Section 34 ()1) (d) of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, in respect of the specification for certain export rights so that the specification will read as follows: -"Tobacco, whether manufactured or unmanufactured; substances for smoking, sold separately or blended with tobacco none being for medicinal or curative purposes; and matches, all being goods for sale in the United Kingdom and all for export to and sale in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, German Federal Republic, Gibraltar, Holland, Greece, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal and Colonies, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
