Pursuant to a Decision made on the 17th November 1971, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar, and in the matter of application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Selfpack Venpackungs - und Vertriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. the Register was, on the 17th April 1972, rectified by the substitution of Selfpack Verpackungs - und Vertriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. for the name of Selfpack Ges m.b.H for at present entered on the Register as the registered proprietor of the said Trade Mark.
