Pursuant to a Decision made on the 17th November, 1971 by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar, and in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Selfpack Verpackungs - und Vertriebsgellschaft m.b.H. the Register was, on the 17th April, rectified by the substitution of Selfpack Verpackungs -und Vertriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. for the name of Selfpack Ges m.b.H. at present entered on the Register as the Registered Proprietor of the Trade Mark.
