The provision of a Video Camera with or without multiple audio channels linked to a switchable device on a person or persons whereby when pressed or switched from its normal operating position will activate an alert to a Personal Computer and/or SMART device such as a smart phone, tablet, watch or other smart media. The outcome will be a visual verification and audible interaction between the person requiring the assistance and the person(s) providing the care or agreed recipient of the alert. The product will allow instant communication, options to take an image or record the event. This product is aimed at the health CARE industry, assisted and independent living industry, domestic private care with the primary purpose of providing an extra level of care and response, transparency and verification with the benefit of continuous improvement and quality control. The goods will also have potential life saving benefits as it will allow for better analysis of an event or incident and thus allow for a more accurate assessment. This product can be linked to multiple recipients who can each assess and respond independently.
