Medicated beverages, and preparations included in Class 5 for making such beverages. So far as concerns the right to use the Mark in all quarters of the world with the exception of the British Isles, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Ireland (both North and South) the Commonwealth of Australia, the Dependencies thereof and New Zealand, all other rights including the right to supply their goods for consumption on any vessels visiting any ports in the reserved Territories, being reserved to Scweppes, Limited.
