This unique approach works at the intersection between language (how and what you think), embodied learning (how you habitually behave) and new action (what’s possible) enabling women to transform how they show up at work, their impact and their identity. It enables women to strengthen their voice and to feel more empowered to speak their truth by cultivating their personal power. We bring our methodology, Stepping into Your Power, to organisations to enable them to make the cultural shifts that enable women to be ready to take on larger and more senior executive roles. We move away from the idea that women need to adapt to fit into a male dominated space, and are, in some way, at fault. Instead, we focus on breaking down social conditioning and reshaping habits so both men and women begin to show up differently and work together to create organisational spaces where everyone can show up authentically. Stepping into Your Power encompasses everything from 1-1 coaching, though small and large groups, to organisational change programmes and open programmes. We have a group of facilitators trained in this unique methodology Stepping into Your Power and we intend to roll it out to large corporates across the UK and Europe. .
