Software and hardware for aligning digital counter data with analog data, both data formats generated by data acquisition and control devices, namely, USB and Ethernet transceiver hardware that receive analog and digital data from sensors during testing and communicates the data to other computers and data collection devices via USB, Analog out, Digital out, and Ethernet packets for processing, none of the aforementioned for counting or providing a count.
