Non-mechanical car parks made of steel and concrete, the steel predominating. Pursuant to a decision made on the 1st March, 1967, by a hearing officer, acting for the registrar, and in the matter of an application under section 26 of the Trade Marks Act 1938, the Register was on the 30th March 1967, rectified by the deletion of the condition. it is a condition of registration that the Mark shall only be used in relation to car parks of which the steel components have been manufactured by or on behalf or Braithwaite & Co, Structural Limited and the concrete components have been manufactured by or on behalf of Robert M Douglas (Contractors) Limited
