Plastics and materials consisting principally of plastics, all in the form of sheets (non-textile), foils, films, filaments, foams, rods, tubes, blocks, strips and shaped sections, all for use in manufacture; articles included in class 17 made of rubber, artificial rubber or of plastics; materials included in class 17 for jointing, packing and sealing; insulating tape; masking tape (not for surgical purposes and not being an article of stationery); light reflective adhesive tape (not being stationery); sealing materials included in class 17 for sealing and caulking leaks in silencers of internal combustion engines; non-metallic hose pipes; but not including articles made by injection moulding for use in the textile industry. The following memorandum is entered in the register: The Registered proprietor undertakes that the Trade Mark shall not be used on plastics and materials consisting principally of plastics for use in the manufacture of textiles, textile substitutes or articles of clothing.
