Tobacco whether manufactured or unmanufactured. In pursuance of an application reveived on the 14th September, 1965 entry cancelled under Section 34 ()1) (d) of the Trade Marks Act 1938, in respect of: -"the goods of the present specification except for export from the United Kingdom except to the Republic of Ireland, the United States of America, Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Philippine Islands." This application is subject to the terms of an agreement dated the 6th June, 1907, and made between The Imperial Tobacco Company, of Great Britain and Ireland), Limited, of the one part, and British-American Tobacco Company Limited, of the other part, the goodwill so far as relates to the export business as defined in the said agreement being vested in British-American Tobacco Company, Limited.
