In pursuance of an application received on the 19th October 1982 entry cancelled under Section 34 ()1) (d) of the Trade Marks Act 1938, in respect of:"Coffee pots, tea pots, basins, jugs, bowls, vases, condiment sets, goblets, trays, and breakfast utensils sold in sets, all made of precious metals or coated therewith, and goods of the same description as any of these cancelled goods".
